The ground-floor apartment for non-smokers measures a spacious 100m², features a balcony and is located in the building directly neighboring the PARK HOTEL by charly am Lindenplatz, in Lindenstraße 2.

The train station, Holstentor, and old town Lübeck are only 3-5 minutes' walking distance away. The location also offers optimal conditions for self-sufficient guests, with a bakery, drug store, supermarket, banks, and other stores in close vicinity. Alternatively, guests can enjoy the PARK HOTEL by charly's extensive services and amenities in the main building. Start your day with a breakfast buffet at moderate prices, with the added benefit of not having to wash up afterwards.

As an additional benefit, there is always a hotel employee available to help you.

Furnishing

The PARK HOTEL by charly's holiday apartment is renovated and contemporarily furnished. It is suitable not only for tourists, but also for business travellers. The spacious living area with a corner sofa, the modernized kitchen, the balcony with its seating furniture, and the sauna will pamper you after your working day, or after a long day of sightseeing.

• LindenFewo – The holiday apartment is available for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Fewer nights are possible, but subject to a surcharge.
• PARK HOTEL by charly – The apartment is available for short-term overnight stays. It can be booked for 1 or more nights, with various alternative options. We are happy to inform you about the available options in the “Prices” section.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted.

The PARK HOTEL by charly's apartment offers the following rooms:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses), satellite TV/DVD/Radio, desk, furniture
• 1 bedroom with a doule bed (2 mattresses), furniture
• 1 living room with a large couch, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, furniture, satellite TV/Radio, stereo system with CD and iPod-/iPhone docking station, furnished balcony
• 1 shower, wash basin, WC
• 1 full bath with shower, 2 wash basins, WC, towel heating, floor heating, washing machine
• 1 Finnish sauna
• 1 parking space
• Free W-LAN
• 1 completely furnished kitchen, including dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and
• Espresso machine.

The beds in the bedrooms can be separated.

Occupancy

The PARK HOTEL by charly's holiday apartment is always rented as a unit. Ideally, 1-4 guests can stay in the apartment at one time. The rooms' layout is suitable not only for family members and friends, but also for acquaintances. Have a look at the floor plan and explore the various options. Both bedrooms have a bath/WC.

In special cases, the sofa can be turned into a high-quality sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), suitable for an additional 1-2 guests. Thus, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
