With its decision of May 12, 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for Links", the regional court (LG) of Hamburg decided that one is potentially liable for contents of links which one posts. This can - according to the LG - only be prevented if one expressly distances oneself from these contents. Hereby we expressly distance ourselves from all contents of all sites linked on our webpage. This declaration counts for all links that we place on our Internet presence.
